401K PLAN
Atlantic offers a 401(k) plan to all regular full time employees, including a match on eligible earnings. You will be 100% vested in your contributions, with a four year vesting schedule for Company contributions.

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE
Atlantic will provide financial assistance for education to all regular full time employees with six months of service. Atlantic will cover the price of tuition, books and fees.
