Atlantic Automotive Components' Mission Statement, Quality Statement, and Code of Behavior are a clear, concise expression of our corporate culture. They articulate what we stand for, what our priorities are, and how we operate. Integrity is a vital force that gives the Company direction and in many ways helps ensure our success.

Every day, AAC employees are making countless business decisions that have important ethical dimensions. We are determined that these decisions will be made with the highest sense of integrity.

We know, however, that ethical conduct can never be achieved just by defining it or by explaining it -- or even by insisting on it. Integrity is always a shared responsibility. All of us, at every level of the Company, but understand and practice it.

AAC's commitment to integrity has real substance only when AAC's employees have their own personal commitment to integrity. Corporate integrity always begins and ends with the individual.

Atlantic depends on the conscience of each employee - not just on the Company's written policies -- to preserve it's integrity and the perceptions people have of Atlantic.
Each of us is a trusted representative of AAC. Each of us, therefore, has a direct and singular responsibility to conduct our job-related activities in a manner that protects and enhances AAC's reputation.
Integrity is more than a matter of corporate do's and don'ts. It's always a matter of individual awareness, honesty, determination, and commitment.
