PAID HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS
Paid Holidays
Under normal circumstances, Atlantic will have 13 holidays per year. The following will
normally be included as part of assigned holidays.

The floating Personal Day may be used for the observance of a birthday, for personal business, or for any other purpose the team member chooses.
Paid Vacation
Atlantic believes adequate time must be provided to employees for rest, family and
relaxation. For this reason, all employees are encouraged to take their full
allotment of vacation days each year.

A team member will be eligible for the level in the calendar year they attain the years assigned.
